LÉLA Tequila · Legal
Community Guidelines
Last Updated · September 27, 2026
LÉLA Tequila celebrates the land, craft, and people behind every bottle. We welcome a community that shares our respect for tradition, authenticity, and one another. These Community Guidelines apply to any space where LÉLA hosts or moderates conversation — including comments, forums, social media, and events.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member of the community with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Drink Responsibly
LÉLA is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Do not post content that encourages excessive or irresponsible consumption, underage drinking, or drinking and driving. We celebrate the craft of tequila, not its misuse.
3. Keep It Authentic
Share genuine experiences and perspectives. Do not post misleading, deceptive, or spam content, and do not impersonate other individuals or brands.
4. Respect Privacy
Do not share personal or confidential information about others without their consent, including contact details or private communications.
5. Protect Our Heritage
LÉLA honors the culture and people of Jalisco. Do not post content that appropriates, mocks, or disrespects Mexican culture, its traditions, or its communities.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content and restrict or revoke access for anyone who violates these Guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from LÉLA community spaces.
7. Reporting Concerns
To report content that violates these Guidelines, contact community@lelatequila.com.
